Ultra Thin Copper Mesh Screen are a superior alternative to woven wire, our precision expanded metals are used in a wide variety of applications that require an open-area product.

Micro expanded metal is produced from light gauge metals and foils with excellent ductile. The metals and foils are produced through slit and expand into a high precision mesh material for specific weight and dimensional requirements. We manufactured from .001" or 25 µm thick, up to 48" (1250 mm) in width.
Micro expanded metal are used for aerospace and wind turbine lightning strike protection, EMI shielding, advanced primary and secondary battery electrode design, automobile bearings and bushings, as well as air and hydraulic filtration systems.
