Product Parameters

Galvanized welded wire mesh is divided into two types: electro-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized.
Electro-galvanized is often referred to as cold galvanizing technology. Cold galvanizing is to hang the welded wire mesh that has been derusted, showing no pollution and infiltration into a special electroplating tank. In the cathode, the anode uses zinc. Connect the DC power supply, the zinc ions on the anode migrate to the cathode, and discharge on the cathode, so that the welded wire mesh is coated with a zinc layer. The coating is relatively thin, generally within 5-30 microns, so the anti-corrosion time will be relatively short;
Hot-dip galvanizing is to melt the zinc into a liquid state, and then immerse the base metal in it, so that the zinc will form interpenetration with the base metal and combine. It is very close, and it is not easy to leave other impurities or defects in the middle. It is similar to that the two materials are melted together at the coating part, and the thickness of the coating is large, which can reach 100 microns, so the corrosion resistance is high, and the salt spray test 96h is no problem, quite 10 years under normal circumstances.

The hot-dip galvanized welded wire mesh is welded first and then plated. The low-carbon steel wire with black wire is automatically welded and can be completed by galvanizing in the galvanizing factory; Strong and durable.
