Product Description

Expanded metal mesh is expanded and stretched into various hole patterns, with special technology, there is no any welds and joints on the surface, so it is more rigid and solid than the welded wire mesh. In some filtering applications, the environment is harsh, the expanded metal filter element has more durable life than the welded filter element.

In the filter element applications, the expanded metal sheet is commonly made into tube shapes for filtering solid, water and other goods.

The expanded metal sheet can also be used as support mesh of the filter element, such as knitted wire mesh, carbon filter elements and other materials of filter elements.

As with other expanded metal products our ramp products can also be designed to offer aesthetic appeal and complement an existing building or structure, and are available in a variety of materials including aluminium, steel and stainless steel. We can also provide a range of coatings for added protection and corrosion resistance, such as galvanizing and polyester powder coating.

Our mesh can be used to create car ramps, lorry and van ramps and motorcycle ramps.

Expanded metal mesh may also be used for walkways and gantries with a range of applications available.
 

There are two kinds of expanded metal: standard mesh and flattened mesh.
Usually when we punched in our machine, it is standard mesh, and then flattened in the pressing machine, it is flattened mesh.
