Yilida expanded copper mesh is soft, malleable, and ductile, and offers good thermal and electrical conductivity. Copper resists distortion and corrosion. It is environmentally safe and recyclable. Copper also has biostatic antimicrobial qualities, making it useful in the medical field.

Our expanded copper mesh products are produced from a slit and stretch process in sheet and coil with round, diamond, square and hexagonal shapes and openings. The manufacturing process is virtually waste free which reduces overall costs. The expand process adds rigidity to the original material characteristics yet it is easily fabricated and formable. Our expanded copper comes in either a 2-dimensional or 3-dimensional appearance with up to four different views. Features such as control, light, sound, air, liquids, EMI and RFI shielding and access may be designed into the copper mesh.

Expanded copper mesh is useful in many different industries, and our metal designs are ideal for meeting unique applications.
